Crystal Clean LLC is seeking a Route Sales & Service Representative to join our team. You will drive sales growth, deliver on-site service at customer facilities, operate parts washing units, and handle waste drum pickups with a focus on safety and efficiency.

This role requires strong communication, the ability to build lasting customer relationships, and a commitment to meeting sales quotas while maintaining compliance with DOT and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused with ability to engage customers and colleagues.
• High school diploma or equivalent; CDL, Med Card, Airbrake and HAZMAT certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by expanding business with new and existing customers.
• Deliver on-site service at customer facilities, including parts washing units and waste drum pickups.
• Adhere to safety guidelines, inspect vehicle/equipment and minimize travel time.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and pursue additional services.
• Meet sales quotas and contribute to revenue growth.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and neatly.
