Job summary

Crystal Clean LLC seeks a Route Sales & Service Representative to grow sales and serve customers across our waste services network. You will manage on-site visits, perform parts washing unit support, and coordinate with customers for pickups and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, safety awareness, and can operate truck gear with a Class B CDL, Med Card, Airbrake, and HAZMAT certifications. Physical work includes lifting and drum handling, plus pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must hold Class B CDL, Med Card, Airbrake, and HAZMAT.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and manage drums up to 400 lbs.
• Pre-employment physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by expanding business with customers.
• Deliver services at customer facilities, including waste drum pickups.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain vehicle and equipment.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and pursue new opportunities.
• Meet sales quotas and contribute to revenue growth.
