Job summary

Mission Linen Supply is seeking motivated, sales-driven Route Sales & Service Representatives to manage an established customer route and grow accounts. This is a B2B sales and account management role that comes with a truck, not merely a delivery job.

Starting pay is $22/hour with uncapped commissions; average total annual compensation exceeds $80,000 once a route is established and growth occurs. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement savings, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience required.
• Valid Class C driver’s license — no CDL required.
• Clean driving record in the last 3 years or 36 months.
• Comfortable loading/unloading up to 50 lbs daily.
• Ability to drive a 26’ bobtail truck.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a designated route; account management and outside sales, not just delivery.
• Prospect and close new business within your territory.
• Upsell existing customers on additional products and services.
• Be tech-savvy; learn new technology and adapt to updates quickly.
• Deliver and pick up linen, uniforms, and related products on schedule.
• Build long-term customer relationships through responsive, professional service.
• Resolve service issues quickly and keep customers satisfied.
• Handle invoicing, collections, and accurate transaction records.
• Maintain your vehicle and represent the company professionally at every stop.
