Job summary

Mission Linen Supply is seeking a motivated Route Sales & Service Representative in Texas to manage an established customer route, grow accounts, and earn real commission on the business you build. This is a B2B outside sales role that comes with a truck.

You will own and grow your route, prospect and close new business within your territory, upsell existing customers on additional products and services, and maintain professional relationships while delivering linen and related products on

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience required.
• Valid Class C driver's license — no CDL required
• Clean driving record in the last 3 year or 36 months
• Comfortable loading/unloading up to 50 lbs daily
• Ability to drive a 26’ bobtail truck

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a designated route, this is account management and outside sales, not just delivery
• Prospect and close new business within your territory
• Upsell existing customers on additional products and services
• Deliver and pick up linen, uniforms, and related products on schedule
• Build long-term customer relationships through responsive, professional service
• Resolve service issues quickly and keep customers satisfied
• Handle invoicing, collections, and accurate transaction records
• Maintain your vehicle and represent the company professionally at every stop
