Responsibilities

• Safely operate a step van to provide products and service to clients.
• Verify vehicle maintenance and maintain operator documentation.
• Manage daily route independently to ensure timely delivery.
• Load/unload product per policies and guidelines.
• Review invoices for accuracy and make corrections as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to enhance profitability.
• Develop leads, call on prospects, solicit business, and install new accounts.
• Possess a strong understanding of services, policies, and pricing methods and clearly communicate these to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and handle issues promptly.
• Take responsibility for personal safety and follow safety policies.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.
