Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Customer service experience with a variety of customers.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Experience selling services/products and generating new business preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and think quickly to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a step van to serve clients in designated area.
• Verify vehicle maintenance and proper documentation.
• Manage daily route independently to ensure timely delivery.
• Load/unload products per policies and guidelines.
• Review invoices for accuracy and make corrections.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth.
• Develop leads, solicit new business, and install new accounts.
• Explain services, policies, and pricing clearly to customers.
• Monitor feedback and address customer issues promptly.
• Follow safety practices and perform related duties as needed.
