Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with valid license and clean driving record.
• Customer service experience with a wide variety of customers.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Experience selling services/products and generating new business preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve customer issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate route delivery vehicle and serve clients.
• Verify vehicle maintenance and keep driver documents current.
• Manage daily route to ensure timely product delivery.
• Load/unload product per policies and guidelines.
• Review invoices for accuracy and correct as needed.
• Meet sales goals and grow route profitability.
• Develop leads, call prospective customers, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
• Clearly communicate services, policies, and pricing to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly.
• Follow safety practices and perform other duties as assigned.
