Vestis in Vincennes, IN is seeking a Route Sales Support Driver to build solid customer relationships while meeting sales growth goals. You will independently manage routes, safely operate a step van, and coordinate orders and invoices to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, strong customer service skills, and the ability to communicate pricing and policies clearly. High school diploma and basic computer skills are expected.

Competenze

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Customer service experience with a wide variety of clients.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Demonstrated experience selling services/products and generating new business preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and solve customer concerns.

• Safely operate a step van in the designated area to serve clients.
• Verify daily vehicle maintenance and keep operator documents up to date.
• Manage daily route independently to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Load and unload products per company policies and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for accuracy and make corrections as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth for profitability.
• Develop leads, call on prospective customers, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
• Clearly communicate services, policies, and pricing to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and promptly address issues.
