Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience in customer service with diverse client contact.
• Strong math and basic computer literacy.
• Experience selling services/products and generating new business is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills required.
• Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and resolve customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a step van in designated area to deliver products and service to clients.
• Verify daily preventive maintenance of vehicle and maintain operator documents.
• Manage daily route independently to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Load/unload product per company policies and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for accuracy and correct as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to increase profitability.
• Develop leads, call on prospective customers, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
• Communicate policies and pricing clearly to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly and courteously.
• Maintain personal safety and follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as required within scope.
