Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
• Experience selling services or generating new business preferred.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a company step van to deliver products to clients.
• Verifies daily vehicle maintenance and maintains operator documentation.
• Manages daily route independently to ensure timely delivery.
• Loads/unloads product per company policies and guidelines.
• Reviews invoices daily for accuracy and makes corrections as needed.
• Meets sales goals and promotes route growth to improve profitability.
• Develops leads, calls on prospective customers, and installs new accounts.
• Explains services and pricing to customers clearly.
• Monitors customer feedback and resolves issues promptly.
• Adheres to safety practices and performs other duties as required.
