Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; not CDL.
• Customer service experience with a variety of customers.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Demonstrated experience selling services or generating new business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company step van and provide products and service to clients.
• Verify daily vehicle maintenance and keep operator documentation.
• Manage daily route independently for accurate, timely delivery.
• Load/unload product per policy and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for accuracy and make corrections as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to improve profitability.
• Develop leads, call on prospects, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
• Clearly communicate services, policies, and pricing to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly and courteously.
• Prioritize personal safety and follow safe work practices.
• Perform other duties within the scope of activities listed.
