Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and resolve customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company step van to provide products and service to diverse clients.
• Verify daily vehicle maintenance and keep operator documentation current.
• Manage daily route independently to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Load/unload product per policies and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for accuracy and correct as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to enhance profitability.
• Develop leads, call on prospects, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
• Communicate policies and pricing clearly to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly and courteously.
• Adhere to safety practices and perform other duties as assigned.
