Vestis® is seeking a Relief Customer Service Representative to join our North Dakota route team. You will build solid customer relationships, support on-time deliveries, and help hit sales growth goals while providing excellent service.

As an advocate for Vestis, you will communicate pricing and service options clearly, ensure accurate route execution, and contribute to a positive customer experience across our diverse client base in North America.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Customer service experience with diverse clients.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company step van to serve clients.
• Manage daily route independently for timely delivery.
• Review invoices for accuracy and corrections.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth.
• Develop leads, solicit new business, and install accounts.
• Communicate services, policies, and pricing clearly.
• Handle customer issues promptly and professionally.
