Job summary

CJ Schwan's is hiring to support our grocery retail operations. You will place orders, merchandise, and ensure our products are available on store shelves, while promoting new items and driving additional sales on your daily route.

You will use handheld devices and sales software to manage tasks and build relationships with store teams. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 35 pounds.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience is preferred but not required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License and 18+ with reliable transportation.
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen product.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Experience with handheld tech and sales software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Place orders and merchandise to ensure shelf availability.
• Drive additional sales by gaining display space and promoting new products.
• Merchandise and rotate products; maintain display space.
• Use handheld technology and sales software to complete daily tasks.

What We Offer

• Pay: $57000 - $59000
• Compensation is a combination of base pay plus commission
• Monday -- Friday schedule (occasional weekends) on assigned route

What You Will Do

In this position, you will place orders and merchandise product to ensure our products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers.

• Place orders and drive additional sales by gaining display space and promoting new products
• Merchandise product, maintain display space, and rotate product
• Use handheld technology and sales software to complete daily work
• Build in-store relationships and work effectively with co-workers in a fast-paced environment
• Utilize your personal vehicle for daily route

What We Look For

• Grocery experience (preferred but not required)
