Job summary

Schwan's Company is hiring for a route sales position serving Amarillo, TX. You will place orders and merchandise products to keep items available on store shelves for shoppers, while promoting new products and driving additional sales on your assigned route.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 35 pounds, and is conducted on a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekends. A company vehicle is not indicated; use your personal vehicle for daily route.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience is preferred but not required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and 18 years or older.
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen product.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Place orders and drive additional sales by gaining display space and promoting new products.
• Merchandise product, maintain display space, and rotate product.
• Use handheld technology and sales software to complete daily work.
• Build in-store relationships and work effectively with co-workers in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize your personal vehicle for daily route.

What We Offer

• Pay: $49000 - $51000


• Compensation is a combination of base pay plus commission


• Monday -- Friday schedule (occasional weekends) on assigned route

What You Will Do
