Job summary

Schwan's Company is recruiting for a field sales/merchandising role to place orders and merchandise products to ensure availability on store shelves for grocery shoppers.

You will drive additional sales by securing display space, promoting new products, and maintaining displays, using handheld technology and company sales software.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• 18 years or older.
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen product.
• Pre-employment background check and drug test requirements.

Responsibilities

• Place orders and drive additional sales by gaining display space and promoting new products.
• Merchandise product, maintain display space, and rotate product.
• Use handheld technology and sales software to complete daily work.
• Build in-store relationships and work effectively with co-workers in a fast-paced environment.

• Pay: $59000 - $61000/year
• Compensation is a combination of base pay plus commission
• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (Sunday & Wednesday OFF)

What You Will Do

What We Look For
