Job summary

Schwan's Company is hiring for a route merchandiser to place orders, merchandise products, and ensure items are available on store shelves. You will drive to assigned routes, promote new products, and maintain display spaces.

The role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds. On-route work uses handheld tech and sales software with frequent in-store interactions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and move frozen product.
• 18 years or older and able to pass pre-employment checks.
• Grocery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

What We Offer

• Pay: $63,000 - $65,000/year
• Compensation is a combination of base pay plus commission
• Monday – Friday schedule (occasional weekends) on assigned route

What You Will Do

In this position, you will place orders and merchandise product to ensure our products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers.

What We Look For

• Ability to meet pre‑employment background check and drug test requirements
