With over 250 brands across beverages, snacks, sweets, and more, we empower independent sales reps to earn by selling new products to stores in your area. We offer an exclusive 1099 contractor opportunity for experienced field sales professionals aiming to earn $3,000–$6,000/month through our incentive structure.

Represent leading brands like Siete, Vita Coco, AllWello, Mike’s Hot Honey, Smackin’, Wonderful Pistachios, Built Bars, and more.

Responsibilities:

  1. Open 20–40 new independent stores per month in your territory.
  2. Establish and grow relationships with convenience, grocery, liquor, smoke shops, and gas stations.
  3. Drive product distribution by securing initial orders and reorders for partner brands.
  4. Prospect and visit stores weekly to create new accounts and increase brand penetration.
  5. Negotiate pricing, displays, and promotions to maximize sales and earn bonuses.
  6. Independence: Must be self-driven to open accounts and build pipelines without micromanagement.
  7. Existing Relationships: Candidates with active relationships with retail owners are preferred.
  8. Negotiation Skills: Ability to overcome objections and structure custom promotions.
  9. Territory Management: Treat your area as your business, maximize coverage, and revisit warm stores.
  10. Communication: Use a smartphone to update store visit outcomes via Airtable mobile app.
  11. Earn 3-5% of every wholesale order.
  12. Expected Earnings: $3,000–$6,000/month on average, with high performers earning more.
