Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license; CDL when applicable.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to recognize colors/sizes and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new customers and up-sell all service lines to ensure a profitable product mix.
• Build relationships, educate customers, and proactively resolve concerns in cooperation with supervision.
• Safely operate a delivery vehicle on each trip and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Process customer payments and keep route paperwork current.
• Ensure timely, correct deliveries and manage inventories for accounts.
• Monitor competitive activity and renew service agreements.
