Job summary

Mission Linen Supply is seeking motivated Route Sales & Service Representatives to manage an established customer route in Albuquerque and grow accounts. This is a B2B sales and account management role that happens to come with a truck, not a delivery-only job.

Starting pay is $18.75–$19.00 per hour, with average total annual compensation exceeding $80,000 and uncapped commission potential based on new business and account growth you drive. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience required.
• Valid Class C driver's license — no CDL required.
• Clean driving record in the last 3 years.
• Comfortable loading/unloading up to 50 lbs daily.
• Ability to drive a 26’ bobtail truck.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a designated route, this is account management and outside sales, not just delivery.
• Prospect and close new business within your territory.
• Upsell existing customers on additional products and services.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new technology and adapt to updates.
• Deliver and pick up linen, uniforms, and related products on schedule.
• Build long-term customer relationships through responsive, professional service.
• Resolve service issues quickly and keep customers satisfied.
• Handle invoicing, collections, and accurate transaction records.
• Maintain your vehicle and represent the company professionally at every stop.
