Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
• Customer service experience with a wide variety of customers.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Experience selling services/products and generating new business preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and solve customer concerns quickly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a company step van in designated area to serve clients.
• Performs daily vehicle maintenance checks and keeps operator documentation.
• Manages daily route to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Loads/unloads products per policy and guidelines.
• Reviews invoices daily and makes corrections as needed.
• Meets sales goals and promotes route growth to increase profitability.
• Develops leads, calls on prospects, prepares service agreements, and installs new accounts.
• Explains services, policies, and pricing clearly to customers.
• Monitors customer feedback and addresses issues promptly and courteously.
