Aunt Millie's is seeking a Route Sales Representative to manage a designated Grand Rapids route, build relationships with grocery store staff, and drive product distribution. The role involves selling products, stocking shelves, and coordinating orders while representing the brand in stores.

Responsibilities include preplanning orders, using an iPad for route tasks, and pursuing additional sales opportunities, all while maintaining safety and freshness of products on the road.

Qualifications

• Enjoy engaging with people and prefer an active role over desk work.
• Valid driver's license with a clean 3-year driving record.
• Able to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical.
• Minimum age 21 as required by DOT regulations.
• Pass a drug screening.
• Basic math skills for essential job tasks.
• Strong work ethic and pride in delivering quality work.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing accounts to foster loyalty.
• Deliver and sell products to established accounts with timely distribution.
• Transport products from company vehicles to retail establishments and stock shelves.
• Preplan and fulfill specific orders for each customer to maximize efficiency.
• Use an iPad to manage route activities, orders, and customer communications.
• Identify opportunities to generate additional business.
• Minimize product expiration and maintain freshness.
• Safely operate company vehicles in line with laws and policies.
• Adhere to safe work procedures for personal and public safety.
• Load and unload bread baskets following proper lifting protocols.
