Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Sales Development Associate to meet sales and merchandising objectives across the Chesapeake/Va. Beach market. The role involves routing, route coverage, and driving brand visibility while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
• No prior experience required.
• Proficient in MS Office and presentation software.
• Strong verbal and written communication with diplomacy.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently or in a team, meet deadlines.
• Analytic and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes to meet coverage goals.
• Strategizes sales and merchandising to achieve objectives.
• Maintain inventory and restock shelves where legal.
• Ensure brand visibility with POS materials.
• Handle customer issues and refer to management when needed.
• May assist with payments depending on market.
• Attains performance goals for distribution and volume.
• Complete surveys for national accounts compliance.
