Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser to service routes in the Loris, SC area.

The role focuses on selling, ordering, and presenting products, along with collaborating with customers to generate accurate orders and execute commercial plans. The BAM will merchandise, rotate stock, and manage in-store displays, while maintaining safe handling practices and following quality guidelines.

Qualifications

• Effective communication across listening, speaking, and writing.
• Retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).
• Strong critical thinking abilities.
• Higher education beyond high school preferred.
• High initiative and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Sell, order, and present products for an assigned group of customers on daily routes.
• Execute promotions, new products, and marketing initiatives to ensure strong RED (Right Execution Daily) performance.
• Merchandise displays, rotate products, and manage shelf layout per guidelines and programs.
• Organize and maintain back room, pallets, and return of damaged/outdated product.
• Create and distribute point-of-sale materials and coordinate with vendors for proper operation.
• Cultivate relationships with store personnel through follow-up on requests, pricing, and opportunities.
• Identify competitive market activities and ensure safe operation and adherence to quality standards.
