Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist in Conway. You will fill, merchandise, rotate products on shelves, and provide vacation coverage for Bulk Account Merchandisers.

You will manage customer routes, generate sales orders, execute promotions, organize backrooms, and build relationships with store personnel while ensuring proper route coverage and safe work practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 year of work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandise, and rotates products on display according to procedures.
• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders.
• Executes applicable promotions and new products to ensure RED scores for assigned customers.
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials on display and shelves where permitted.
