Job summary

Aramark in Minnesota is seeking a Route Sales Manager to supervise a team of Route Drivers and Route Sales representatives. You will drive profitability by growing existing accounts and developing new client partnerships, while maintaining company standards.

You will communicate with clients and upper management daily, plan daily route schedules, coach staff, ensure route execution, and maintain accurate records including DOT compliance. Prior supervision experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or related tasks.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain DOT certification.
• Clean driving record for 5 years.
• Strong client interaction and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability and growth of existing and potential customers; maintain the market center's total managed volume.
• Develop the Service and Safety culture and lead employee performance to grow base business and strengthen client partnerships.
• Foster effective communication and lead route sales execution across teams.
• Plan, schedule, assign, and monitor daily route assignments to meet client standards and agreements.
• Provide ongoing coaching on route growth, performance, safety, and customer retention.
• Maintain business records, documentation, and DOT/compliance files.
