The position requires lifting up to 75 lb, a valid drivers license, DOT certification eligibility, and strong communication with clients and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a role requiring heavy public contact.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid drivers license and ability to obtain DOT certification.
• Ability to lift 75 lb repeatedly.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales expectations and promote route growth, service agreement renewal, and customer retention.
• Assist in driving route growth and meeting sales expectations by delivering and stocking clients with existing and newly requested products in a timely and responsive manner.
• Find opportunities to solicit new business and increase revenue through selling to current customers and gaining new accounts.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and provide outstanding customer service with an account ownership mentality.
• Focus on account retention and improve accounts by being the primary responder to issues and opportunities.
• Ensure products are loaded/unloaded safely, stocked, rotated, and vehicle equipment is maintained and cleaned.
• Operate company vehicles safely and courteously, following road rules and DOT requirements.
• Verify daily vehicle maintenance and keep the truck interior clean and organized.
• Follow ARAMARK policies related to food safety and complete required training to maintain service integrity.
• Practice attentive listening and communicate effectively under adverse conditions with internal/external teams.
• Communicate with GM, RSM, CSM, and CSAs regarding customers and pending problems or competitive activity.
