Job summary

Golden Waffles, a leading waffle program provider, seeks a Sales Support Representative to cover routes when team members are on vacation or leave, ensuring continuous sales and service to customers. The role involves sales and logistics support in a fast-paced environment.

In this position you will build customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and assist with route planning and order processing. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven sales or route-management experience preferred (foodservice or CPG a plus).
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; CDL may be required for some routes.
• Maintain DOT credentials including DOT certification and drug testing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and order consistency.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the territory to expand market share.
• Promote new products and upsell offerings to maximize revenue per customer.
• Execute sales plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Coordinate route schedules to ensure timely deliveries and excellent service.
