Vestis in Wisconsin is seeking a Route Sales Support Driver to build strong, positive relationships with customers while striving to exceed sales growth goals on every route.

You will safely operate a company step van, manage daily deliveries, verify invoices, load/unload product, and develop leads with prospective customers to expand service coverage. High school diploma required; valid driver’s license with clean record essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and excellent driving record.
• Customer service experience with a wide variety of clients.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Demonstrated experience selling services/products and generating new business preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and solve customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company step van in designated area to provide products and service to a variety of clients.
• Verify daily preventative maintenance of vehicle and maintain proper operator documentation.
• Manage daily route independently to ensure accurate and timely delivery of product.
• Loads/unloads product per company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for complete and accurate information and make corrections as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to enhance profitability.
• Develop leads/prospects, calls on prospective customers to solicit business, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
• Communicate services, policies, and pricing clearly to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and handle issues promptly and courteously.
