Vestis Corporation is seeking a Route Sales Support Driver in Florida to build strong customer relationships and exceed sales growth goals. Responsibilities include safe van operation, daily route management, and leading efforts to generate new business while maintaining service quality.

The role emphasizes customer service, communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. HS diploma and valid license required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Customer service experience with a wide variety of clients.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Experience selling services/products and generating new business preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and think quickly to resolve customer concerns.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate a company step van in designated area to provide products and service to clients.
• Verify daily vehicle maintenance and maintain operator documentation.
• Manage daily route independently to ensure accurate and timely delivery of product.
• Load/unload product per policies and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for accuracy and make corrections as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to enhance profitability.
• Develop leads, call on prospective customers, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
