Job summary

Mission Linen Supply is seeking a Route Sales Representative to own and grow a designated route, combining account management with outside sales. You will prospect and close new business within your territory while upselling existing customers on additional products and services.

The role requires a proven sales and customer service background, a valid Class C license, and the ability to drive a 26’ bobtail truck.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience required.
• Valid Class C driver's license — no CDL required.
• Clean driving record in the last 3 year or 36 months.
• Comfortable loading/unloading up to 50 lbs daily.
• Ability to drive a 26’ bobtail truck.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a designated route; account management and outside sales.
• Prospect and close new business within your territory.
• Upsell existing customers on additional products and services.
• Learn new technology quickly and adapt to updates independently.
• Deliver and pick up linen, uniforms, and related products on schedule.
• Build long-term customer relationships with responsive service.
• Resolve service issues quickly and keep customers satisfied.
• Handle invoicing, collections, and accurate transaction records.
• Maintain your vehicle and represent the company professionally at every stop.
