Job summary

AMTRACO (EPSI, STM, SBM) is seeking a Route Sales Driver to support customers across Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, and Minnesota. You will maintain inventories, process orders, resolve inquiries, and build on-the-road relationships.

This role offers base pay with monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses, plus a benefits package including health, vision and dental insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off. Travel within the region is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of related experience and/or training.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the designated region.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled physical inventories for existing customers and obtain purchase orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Organize, label, and cycle inventory in customer storage areas.
• Respond to questions about products, pricing, availability, and product use within your authority and knowledge.
• Process incoming orders for your territory, up-selling when possible, and notifying the territory representative of key activities.
• Work closely with outside sales representatives to understand customer needs and prepare samples as needed.
• Investigate and help resolve product claims and complaints, recommending corrective actions as appropriate.
• Prepare and submit regular activity, sales volume, and expense reports.
