Job summary

Amtraco, Inc. is seeking a Route Sales Driver to support customers across Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa and Minnesota. You’ll maintain inventories, process orders, resolve inquiries, upsell when possible, and represent EPSI on the road.

Extensive regional travel and strong organizational and communication skills are required. Base pay with monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses, plus benefits such as health, dental, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of related experience and/or training.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the region.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inventories and obtain purchase orders to maintain stock.
• Organize and label inventory in customer storage areas.
• Respond to product questions, pricing, availability, and usage.
• Process orders, upsell when possible, and notify the territory rep of key activities.
• Collaborate with outside sales to understand customer needs and prepare samples.
• Investigate and help resolve product claims and complaints with corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit regular activity, sales volume, and expense reports.
