Java House in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Route Sales Driver to deliver Peel & Pour products to customers on a dedicated route. You will be the primary face of the company, handle inventory, merchandising, and service with safety and 5S discipline.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
• Familiarity with safety practices and material handling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Java House Peel & Pour products on assigned routes, on time and safely.
• Unload, stage, and stock product at customer locations.
• Service existing accounts, build relationships, and identify sales opportunities.
• Merchandise products and maintain clean, appealing displays.
• Monitor stock levels and advise on replenishment needs.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for route accounts and resolve issues.
