The Compass Group USA family’s Canteen unit is hiring a full-time Route Driver for Office Coffee in Phoenix, AZ. As the face of the company on a daily route, you will deliver products, maintain vending and related equipment, and build strong client relationships while upholding professional standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving experience required.
• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license (unless otherwise indicated by state).
• Preferred 1-2 years experience in a customer service position, or a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate or learn material handling equipment (box truck, handcarts, etc.).
• Able to work independently, responsible for route, work unsupervised 98% of the work day.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products on an established route and render services.
• Maintain vending and related equipment and inventory.
• Provide client and customer satisfaction in all aspects of performance.
• Set up displays and promotions for products and services.
• Keep records of receipts, invoices, and deliveries.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and keep the vehicle clean.
