Job summary

Java House is seeking a Route Sales Driver to deliver Peel & Pour products to customers on a daily route, ensuring accurate, on-time service and maintaining product displays. You’ll manage on-site stock, build customer relationships, and spot opportunities to grow sales while upholding safety and 5S standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Exam Certificate.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of driving experience or similar required.
• Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills.
• Must be able to operate delivery equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery vehicles along dedicated routes and ensure timely, safe deliveries.
• Unload and stock products at customer locations using hand trucks/dollies.
• Service existing accounts, place orders, and identify sales opportunities.
• Merchandise products and maintain clean, attractive displays.
• Monitor stock, rotate inventory, and suggest replenishment needs.
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for accounts on the route and resolve issues.
• Keep accurate delivery records and route documentation.
