Job summary

Kids for the Future is seeking a Sales Representative based out of Sioux Falls, SD. This full-time role includes a base salary of $60,000 per year plus commissions and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, and vision).

The position requires driving responsibilities on a conventional route, daily inventory control, and strong customer service skills. A $1,000 employee referral bonus is also offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Must hold valid CDL with air brake certification.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Must be able to lift 20–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sell, deliver, and service customers to increase sales annually.
• One overnight on Mondays for this route.
• Follow inventory guidelines and maintain truck/depot inventory.
• Maintain warehouse inventory with fresh product and minimal stockouts.
• Plan, pick and load truck for next-day deliveries.
• Adhere to start times and DOT compliance requirements.
• Represent the company positively with receivers and customers.
• Invoice customers and complete daily paperwork.
