Job summary

Route Management Services LLC in West Monroe, LA is seeking a Route Sales Driver / Route Buyer to deliver bakery products, build lasting customer relationships, and grow an independent route business.

You will manage inventory, rotate stock, and promote additional products while meeting delivery schedules and maintaining a professional customer experience on every stop.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• MVR per policy.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must meet all DOT requirements.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Previous Route Sales, Delivery Driver, or DSD experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities
