Job summary

Route Management Services LLC is seeking a Route Sales/Buyer to support bakery route operations in the Alexandria, LA area. This full-time position requires a valid driver’s license, clean MVR, and the ability to pass background checks and a drug screen. A High School diploma or GED is required, and prior route sales/delivery experience is helpful.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and deliver on a daily route. Compensation is $23 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bread and bakery products to grocery stores and local retailers along your designated route.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage inventory and ensure all products are accurately accounted for and properly stocked.
• Utilize sales techniques to promote additional products and increase sales along your route.
• Manage your designated route in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain consistent service and strong customer relationships.
