Route Management Services LLC in New Orleans, LA is seeking a Route Sales Driver / Route Buyer to support bakery route operations. You will deliver fresh bakery products, build customer relationships, and manage inventory across your territory.

This full-time role offers autonomy on the route and growth opportunities through additional pull-up days. The position emphasizes steady weekly income with a guaranteed starting pay, plus potential to increase earnings through performance and route

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Acceptable MVR (driving record) required.
• Background check and drug screening.
• Meet all DOT requirements.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Route Sales, Delivery Driver, or DSD is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds daily.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Deliver fresh bread and bakery products to grocery stores and local customers on your route.
• Build relationships with customers through outstanding service and reliable delivery.
• Ensure products are stocked, rotated, and displayed properly.
• Manage inventory and maintain product accountability.
