Job summary

ImageFIRST is seeking a route-based sales professional to grow existing customer business through proactive service and targeted sales offers. You will be ImageFIRST’s face to medical facilities, building strong relationships and delivering responsive solutions.

First shift, M-F with early start times; duties include route optimization, product management, order accuracy, and paperwork. Salary ranges at $68,000–$72,000 annually plus quarterly bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience within sales or a route sales role.
• Must possess a valid DOT medical certification or obtain one within a designated timeframe.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds on a frequent basis and drive a CMV up to 10 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Promote ImageFIRST values and build relationships with associates, customers, and community.
• Handle all administrative aspects of sales, identify and resolve customer concerns, ensure satisfaction and maximize contract term.
• Manage route to maximize efficiency, productivity and revenue; operate company equipment safely.
• Increase account revenue by selling additional products and services; meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Load outs, inventories, quality-stains/damage, tape changes; ensure pricing and product knowledge.
• Maintain organization of rails, racks, bags, and posters; ensure accurate paperwork.
