The role involves daily route management, product knowledge, and administrative tasks to support sales goals. Candidates should have a valid DOT medical certificate, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift 25 pounds. Weekly pay and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales or route sales to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Must have a valid DOT medical certification or obtain one within timeframe.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and drive a CMV up to 10 hours daily.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Class C license or able to obtain within designated timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Promote company values and positively impact associates, customers, and community.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships; resolve concerns; ensure satisfaction.
• Maximize route efficiency, safety, and revenue through proper vehicle operation and paperwork.
• Increase account revenue by selling additional products and services; meet sales objectives.
• Manage load outs, inventories, pricing, and product knowledge; ensure accuracy of paperwork.
