Job summary

ImageFIRST is seeking a route-based Customer Advocate support specialist to establish, maintain and grow strong relationships with our medical facility customers through responsive and creative service strategies. The position is 1st shift, based on business needs, with a pay rate of $30/hour.

Candidates must be able to load/unload trucks, manage inventory and navigate pricing codes, colors, and sizing accurately.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills across oral, written, phone, and in-person formats.
• Ability to build and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Flexibility to cover routes and provide relief as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support and promote our values to positively impact associates, customers and community.
• Communication: Excellent oral, written, phone and face to face.
• Load and unload truck, truck organization.
• Manage customer inventory.
• Product knowledge: pricing, codes, colors, sizing, changes/quantities, availability.
• Paperwork: work order preparation and follow-up, invoice accuracy.
• Provide route relief to cover Customer Advocate vacations and call offs.
• Provide additional route support as needed (reroutes, additional volume).
• Make special deliveries to customers.
