Job summary

Surface Experts of Gilbert - Queen Creek is seeking an energetic in-field sales professional to grow our local business. You’ll map routes, conduct ~15 on-site visits weekly, log notes in our software, and coordinate with the Owner/Sales team.

The role offers a base salary plus unlimited commissions, paid holidays and PTO, mileage reimbursement, and a phone allowance. You’ll work a full-time daytime schedule with autonomy to manage your day.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required.
• Coachable, curious, and detail-oriented traits are essential.
• Ability to structure your day and manage appointments.

Responsibilities

• Map your route and complete ~15 on-site visits per day.
• Log notes and metrics in our software and coordinate with the Owner/Sales team.
• Light admin from home and weekly coaching with the sales team.
• Schedule autonomy to balance work commitments with personal appointments.
