Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. Westmoreland, TN seeks a route driver to service local stores on a full-time basis. Start time is between 3am and 5am, with work days that may rotate and cover vacations and LOAs.

You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver orders, unload products, stock shelves, and maintain daily records using provided tools. The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 40 lbs, and willingness to work varied days and hours.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.

Quick Look

• Pay: $62,100 a year at 45 hours a week Annual Target

• Location: Westmoreland, TN

• Work Days: Will initially be a part of the relief pool to cover Vacations and LOAs. Must be available to work any day of the week Sunday through Saturday. Days off will rotate, schedule is subject to change based on business need. Set off days once a route is bid on

• Start Time: Between 3am and 5am. Subject to change based on business need.

• End Time: When work is completed
