Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, delivering to local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.

Quick Look

• Pay: $73,600 Annual Target
• Location: Lorton, VA
• Work Days: Schedule will change week to week. Will be staffed 5/7 days per week. Can be staffed on any day of the week.
• Start Time: Can vary by route. Most routes are by or before 5:30 AM.
• End Time: Workday ends once all scheduled deliveries have been completed. It takes the average person between 9-10 hours to complete a route.

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
