Job summary

PepsiCo in Manchester, PA is hiring a full-time route delivery driver to service local stores. Start time is 4:00 AM and end time is when the job is completed.

You'll drive a PepsiCo truck, unload and stock shelves, check in orders, build relationships with store managers, and use provided tools with training. Requirements include 21+ years old, valid driver's license with proof of insurance, and ability to lift 40 lbs frequently.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
