Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a route delivery team member in Harrisonburg, VA. The role involves driving a PepsiCo truck on a local route, delivering and checking in orders with store teams, unloading and stocking shelves, and maintaining daily records with provided tools.

You will build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales and implement national and local initiatives while adhering to safety and quality standards on a fast-paced, on-the-road schedule.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.

• Pay: $64,000 Annual Target
• Location: 455 Pleasant Valley Rd, Harrisonburg, VA, 22801-9738
• Schedule: 5 days per week, Depends on the route. Average start time 5AM but can be as early as 2 AM depending on route - When work is complete
