Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full-time delivery driver in Chattanooga, TN to service local stores with care. Start times range from 3am to 6am and routes are bid with rotations based on business needs.

You will unload, stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain daily records using provided tools. Build relationships with store managers to drive sales and ensure displays align with national and local initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance; ability to obtain other licenses as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
