PepsiCo Inc. in Salem, Oregon is seeking a full-time delivery driver to service local stores with reliability and care. Start times range from 4:00 AM to 6:00 AM with end times varying as work is completed.

A $2,000 retention bonus is available for eligible hires, and routes may require compensated travel between Tillamook, Newport and Warrenton, OR. You will receive on-the-job training, work in a high-energy environment, and enjoy health and lifestyle benefits as part of PepsiCo's full-time

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsabilités

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
